Character concept for a story
In the plot of the story, this robot's function is to track rogue robots, collect their parts and get them back to the factory for recycling. The staff that he holds is filled with water. This is a weapon that he uses only as a last resort, in case of exceptional aggression of his opponents because water causes too much damage to both live robots and their valuable parts.
